Monster(R), the global online careers and recruitment resource and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc, today announced the appointment of Susan J. Hayden as Senior Vice President, Telesales. Ms. Hayden will lead the development of Monster’s overall Small to Midsize Business (SMB) telesales strategy.
Susan’s sales management experience and proven sales achievement track record will prove vital as Monster expands into additional markets in the U.S., said Peter Newton, Senior Vice President and General Manager, SMB. We are confident that Susan’s presence will help to build a strong telesales organization and management team, taking advantage of the opportunity that exists in the recruitment advertising marketplace.
Ms. Hayden joins Monster from the Oracle Corporation. She served most recently as Group Vice President of Sales for OracleDirect, and as Director, Global HRMS Business Development and Sales Strategy. Before joining Oracle, Ms. Hayden held positions with SAP America, Fidelity, and Dun and Bradstreet Software. Ms. Hayden holds a bachelor’s degree with dual majors in Computer Science and Human Resources Management from Boston College’s School of Management.
