Sunil Sampat to Join WorkLight as VP Sales for North America

WorkLight Inc today announced that Sunil Sampat, a 15 year technology industry veteran has joined its team as Vice President, Sales for North America. Mr. Sampatís appointment to head WorkLightís North American sales team comes in response to the burgeoning demand for secure Web 2.0 solutions for business. A recent Forrester report estimates that companies will spend $1.2 billion for Enterprise 2.0 solutions in 2009.

Mr. Sampat brings to WorkLight a proven record of leadership, strategic thinking, and top sales performance. He joins the company after leading the top-performing North American sales team at Endeca Inc., an information access software company, as Regional Vice President (East Region Sales). Mr. Sampat holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
