StepStone Solutions Continues Momentum in Q3 with 34 New Customers across 7 Countries

Consolidates European Market Leadership for e-Recruitment Solutions

In the third quarter, StepStone continued to lead the market for hosted e-Recruitment solutions in Europe by adding 34 new customers for its solutions products across Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway and UK. These join StepStone Solutions’ 300 existing customers, continuing to demonstrate StepStone’s strength in meeting customers’ local e-recruiting requirements across Europe.

Amongst the organisations selecting StepStone solutions during the quarter were: BASE, Belgium’s fastest growing mobile operator; Sonofon and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Denmark ; Randstad in Germany; in Italy, Telecom Italia and Citroen; ECT (European Container Terminal) in the Netherlands; Lyse Energi and Egmont in Norway; and in UK, Channel 4 television and the Victoria & Albert Museum.

We are particularly pleased with the strong performance of the i-GRasp team who became part of StepStone in July 2005, said Matthew Parker, Managing Director of StepStone Solutions. As well as continuing to win major new contracts in their established markets, working closely with the local StepStone organisation we have won an important new customer in Belgium for the i-GRasp solution.

In addition to new customer wins, i-GRasp has delivered further projects to a number of existing clients including British Airways, Orange in the UK and LVMH globally. Also during the quarter, i-GRasp was recognised in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 as one of the UK’s hundred fastest-growing unquoted technology companies with annual sales growth of over 60% between 2002 and 2004.
