StepStone Extends its Network to India, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore

Partnerships with Nakuri and JobStreet provide Recruiters with access to key Asian markets

The Network, a unique partnership of leading career sites worldwide, has added India, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore to its portfolio extending its reach to Asia for the first time to now cover over 30 countries worldwide.

In India, Naukri operates Indiaís largest and most popular career site, with an estimated 55% market share. Launched in 1997, Naukri.com is now one of the top 3 web sites in India. Naukri serves 14 million visitors per month, carrying 200,000 vacancies at any time.

To complement its online presence, Naukri has local offices in 26 locations across India to offer its 25,000 customers the best possible support and service. These clients include many well-known international companies including Deloitte, HSBC, Microsoft, Nokia, Siemens and Tesco. Over 10% of Naukriís clients are located outside India in Europe, USA, Africa, Middle East and Far East. In addition to Job Listings, Naukri offers access to a database of 4.5 million registered job seekers across a wide range of skills and experience.

In Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore, StepStone has entered into partnership with JobStreet.com, a leading operator of online recruitment sites in the region. JobStreet.com offers interactive recruitment services to both international and local corporations. Furthermore, it is also a leading supplier of Applicant Tracking Solutions in the region.

In Malaysia, JobStreet.com opened for business in 1997, and today offers almost 7,000 jobs to 740,000 active job seekers. In Philippines, launched in 1999, JobStreet.com offers over 6,000 jobs and reaches 860,000 jobs seekers. In Singapore, also launched in 1999, JobStreet.com reaches 320,000 job seekers with over 13,000 jobs.

In the three countries combined, JobStreet.com maintains 7 offices to service its clients which currently total over 15,000. These clients include leading multinational companies such as Dell, Intel, Siemens, Nestl, Chevron-Texaco, Unilever and Nokia.
