StepStone, a global provider of total talent solutions, today announced three major wins for its solutions business in Germany, with a combined value of ?2.5m. Deutsche Telekom, ThyssenKrupp and GEA Group are to implement StepStone's Total Talent suite of recruitment and talent management solutions on a global basis.
With 242,000 employees and operations in some 50 countries, Deutsche Telekom (DTAG) is one of the world's leading telecoms and information technology service providers. StepStone has been chosen to manage DTAG's talent management globally, following an extensive evaluation process, in which StepStone alone could completely fulfil the customer's specification.
ThyssenKrupp has added e-recruitment capabilities to its existing implementation of StepStone's talent management solution. The new solution will enable ThyssenKrupp, with 190,000 employees worldwide and revenues of ?51bn, to implement a global network of multilingual career sites, and capabilities for managing temporary and contract staff, all linked to a single database.
GEA Group, an existing user of StepStone's e-recruitment solution, has chosen StepStone's talent management platform over rival solutions from Europe's largest vendors, to enable it to manage skills, succession planning and performance management for an employee base spanning 250 operating companies across 50 countries.
