Staff Management and Amazon.com Offer $100,000 Prize to Employees Hired for Holiday Shipping Season

Perfect attendance could deliver a $100,000 gift to one lucky individual, thanks to a new promotion by Staff Management and Amazon.com to attract a thousand seasonal warehouse employees for this yearís holiday shipping rush.

Staff Management, the provider of on-premise staffing and management solutions, is hiring more than 1,000 seasonal associates for client Amazon.com in Coffeyville, Kansas. For each week of perfect attendance from November 26 to December 22, seasonal workers will be included in a drawing for a chance to win $100,000. On December 22, a random name will be drawn from all entries and the winner will receive $2,000 -- plus the opportunity to pick one out of 100 envelopes. One envelope carries a $100,000 prize.

The holiday economy depends on a smooth flow of shipments, and we wanted to show our associates that Amazon.com appreciates their hard work,î said Lisa Brown, Director of Operations for Staff Management. ìWe were inspired to do this as a fun morale boost.î

The seasonal hiring provides new jobs for individuals seeking extra income, and contributes revenues for the communities where Amazon.com warehouses are located. As an extra incentive and for convenience, free shuttle service with amenities will serve residents living in Tulsa and Bartlesville, OK, Pittsburg, KS and Joplin, MO.

Full-time positions are available, as well as part-time shift positions on weekends and mornings. Hourly pay rates range between $9.50 and $10 per hour, with possible overtime. Employees who choose overnight shifts and/or shuttle service will earn an extra $2 per hour. Earning $12 per hour is a great seasonal employment opportunity.
