SSA Talent Management 4.5 provides companies with a comprehensive offering of integrated talent management functionality, including web-based recruiting, robust employee performance and competency management, succession planning and best-in-class learning management tools. The solution has been designed for easy integration into core enterprise resource planning systems to help companies streamline their workforce management for improved return on investment (ROI).
