Spring Personnel to host free employment legislation seminar

Spring Personnel, in conjunction with Weightmans Solicitors will be holding a free seminar on recent and forthcoming employment legislation. The seminar will take place on Thursday 19th May 2005 at the Sofitel St James, 6 Waterloo Place, London, in the Piccadilly Room from 8.30am until 10am.



The seminar addresses a number of key issues to help organisations understand their role as an employer and to ensure internal policies and procedures are in place to deal with legislation changes, thereby avoiding potential legal challenges.

This seminar is aimed at HR professionals and those with a responsibility for employment, providing information on how legislative updates could affect their organisation, up-to-date case law, and information on TUPE, redundancy issues and disability legislation.
