UK business consultancy, Spring Partnerships, has appointed a new sales and marketing manager, Jonathan Torode, to help with its growth plans and expand further the company's growing UK and international client base.
Jonathan joins Spring Partnerships from integrated market agency, P&MM, where he was an Account Director. With a background firmly rooted in marketing communications, Jonathan brings to the company extensive marketing, event management, public relations experience gained in companies including Xerox, Ricoh, Madge Networks and Intershop. His experience of running successful seminars, conferences and events also led Jonathan to set up his own live events agency, which he ran successfully for six years.
Jonathan will be developing new clients who want to accelerate their business growth using Spring Partnerships' unique range of HR and consulting and communications services, which include employee engagement and change management programmes, leadership development, business coaching and mentoring and global conferences and events.
The company's innovative approach has won clients including KPMG, Carlsberg, GE Healthcare, The Walt Disney Company, Nestle and Christian Salvesen.
