Following a rigorous tender process, which saw nineteen recruitment agencies competing for the Borough of Poole business, Smart Recruitment and Kelly Services celebrated their success at winning this significant contract. Smart Recruitment had already worked with the Borough for two years.
Both Kelly Services and Smart Recruitment underwent a stringent tender process including the production of a substantial proposal document and, following the success of this, gave detailed presentations and attended tough question and answer sessions.
