SkillStream Lite Unveiled

Applications specialist SkillStream has expanded its product range with the launch of SkillStream Lite, an ëoff-the-pegí recruitment management system unveiled today at the CIPD HR Software Show, London.

SkillStream Lite features a jobs website branded with a companyís logo, enabling ease of posting jobs and a convenient way for candidates to apply. CVs are screened and matched automatically, saving time, and fed into the management part of the system. Features include online authorization, interview management and offers, and a database of candidate information, all backed up by a reports module that gives managers real-time information on their actual recruitment performance.

SkillStream Lite is a major advance in the need for a web-based system that gives latest technology to the smaller scale recruiter, at an affordable price. In turn, users realize a quick return on their investment by attracting candidates to apply direct, saving on agency commissions.
