Leamington Spa-based employee communications specialists Summersault, who work for top FTSE 500 and public sector clients throughout the UK, has won the contract to work with Siemens on its quarterly employee magazine Siemens UK and other internal communications projects.
As a leading global engineering company, Siemens answers solutions to the worldís toughest questions by providing innovation to a diverse range of industries including the energy, industry and infrastructure and healthcare sectors.
The magazine will keep Siemens 20,000 UK employees as well as retired staff informed about and engaged with the companyís business practices and operations. It will cover a broad range of subject matter including market trends, business updates and thought provoking features on the issues facing business today.
Summersault will relaunch Siemens UK in December, writing, designing, editing and printing each quarterly edition, as well as producing the twice yearly winter and summer Discount Deals catalogue. Printed as a booklet, these catalogues will provide all Siemens employees with details on current seasonal discounts available to them. Summersault has, as part of the internal communications brief, also been charged with producing ëThe Rough Guide to Siemens in the UKí and a new microsite aimed at all Siemens employees. The 2008 guide and website will be aligned with the new style magazine and will be launched in the new year.
