Shortage of experienced international recruiters íonly cloud in skyí says Eutopia

ìA shortage of talented recruiters with genuine international experience is STILL the most significant hurdle that recruitment entrepreneurs must overcome to build award winning firms,î according to Craig Coverman, Managing Director of Recruiter magazine 2006 Gold Award winning firm, Eutopia Solutions.

Covermanís comments follow a record breaking summer for the firm which has seen Eutopia buck the traditionally ëquietí August trend in the industry with ongoing strong performances in its core telecoms/ technology and healthcare markets. Despite this success which has lately been underpinned by dedicated dental roadshows in Poland and innovative technology campaigns conducted between the UK, India and Dubai, Eutopia believes this is all down to its preference for hiring people who can apply follow through expertise and process understanding to relocate candidates effectively. The company needs more of this scarce resource to continue its record growthÖ Coverman explains:

ìThe world is getting smaller but our industry is not doing enough to nurture talent and effectively highlight to candidates the value and career development opportunity that true international recruitment experience presents. Getting a client brief and finding a suitable candidate counts for nothing if you cannot support and nurture the individual through the relocation and regulatory process ñ if you understand how to follow through, then the results are there for the takingÖî

Coverman concludes:
