SHL, the global leader in talent assessment solutions in the workplace, has announced that Essex County Council has implemented SHL’s online numerical and verbal ability assessments into its existing graduate application and e-recruitment infrastructure provided by aia, a global recruitment communications specialist based in London, who was also responsible for the public website design and build.
“Due to the high number of candidates that apply for our annual Fast Track Management Programme, it is important that we use a secure and effective sifting tool to ensure that we capture the highest quality candidates with the long-term potential to succeed,” said Sheila Lewis, Leadership Development Manager at Essex County Council.
