The NVQ in Recruitment Consultancy has the awarding body of C.I.P.D. (Chartered Institute of personnel development) and is the equivalent to 3 A. Levels. This gives Companies the assurance that their recruitment partner is fully compliant with current legislation and can also advise on Selection Strategies.
