This new sourcing tool enables recruiters to import candidate resumes and profiles from social networking sites and major job boards directly into their Sendouts Pro database quickly and accurately.

SourcePro Toolbar(TM) is now available to all Sendouts users free of charge as part of their regular subscription fee. Instead of copying and pasting candidate information from numerous sources on the web, SourcePro Toolbar(TM) users can instantly import candidate resumes into Sendouts Pro from job boards such as Careerbuilder, Monster, Yahoo! Hotjobs and Dice. Candidate profiles may also be imported from popular social networking sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn. When importing candidate records, the toolbar checks for duplicate candidates in the recruiterÇs database helping keep their databases clean, current and accurate. It also enables the recruiter to instantly match the new candidates to open jobs in their Sendouts Pro database.
