SEEK Learning today launch new finance courses by Finsia

SEEK Learning today launched a range of new ëentry levelí certificate courses in financial services which have been developed by Finsia (Financial Services Institute of Australasia) and are only available on the SEEK Learning website.

SEEK Learning has joined forces with Finsia, one of Australiaís premier financial educators, to broaden access to quality, tailored education for those wanting to start or further their career in financial services.

The financial services industry is one of the fastest growing and most competitive in Australia, and is tightly regulated by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC). Finsiaís courses are industry-recognised and specific units meet ASICís education requirements for retail financial advisers.

SEEK Learning now provide users with eight of Finsiaís practical certificate courses by using a unique blend of distance education and online support. SEEK Learning exclusively offers five study periods each year, in comparison to the normal three, a choice of exam dates and the option to complete certificates over an 18-month period.

The Finsia certificates enable students to take the first steps towards careers as financial advisers, stockbrokers and mortgage brokers. The courses are based on four key areas of financial services; Financial Advising, Financial Markets, Management in Banking, and Lending, and include Stage 1 and 2 Certificates. Participants receive certification on completion of each Stage, which can be recognised towards one of Finsiaís Diploma qualifications.
