Search Consultancy, was last month honoured with the Working Links Employment Partnership Award 2005.

Alison Crawford, Contract manager at Search Consultancy in Newcastle, was on hand to collect the award at the prestigious award ceremony held in Newcastle on the 20 October.

Local employment specialists, Working Links, organised the Outstanding Achievement Awards 2005 to recognise the success of people from the North Tyneside area who have overcome difficult barriers to find employment.

The award was made in recognition of Search Consultancyís commitment to the principles of supporting people to move from benefits back to work.

Alison, who received the award from England rugby star Jamie Noon, was delighted with the accolade.

At Search Consultancy we are dedicated to helping people from all walks of life find gainful employment, says Alison, and to have this commitment recognised within our own professional community only strengthens our resolve.

Donna Turner, Associate Director of Searchís specialist Call & Contact Centre Division, adds, This is a great honour for us and the award is made even more special due to the fact that the nominations were given by our peers.

The commitment to match the right people to the right vacancies is central to all that we do but all credit is due to the highly motivated and talented team we have working at Newcastle without whom this award would not have been possible.
