Safe Announces Topaz Acquisition

Safe Computing have announced the acquisition of Nottingham based Topaz Computing Services Limited. Topaz is an established provider of a financial product range that includes Ledgers specialist Credit Control, HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance modules.

The combined business will have over two hundred customers; employ about 120 people and an annual turnover in excess of 10M. Safe and Topaz have been business partners for a number of years and have over fifteen joint customers in the recruitment sector.

Geoff Griffiths the Managing Director at Topaz will be joining the Safe Computing Board.

Safe is a leading provider of front office and payroll and billing applications to many of the largest recruitment agencies in the UK and Ireland. As a result of this transaction the combined business can now deliver a complete solution to this market that includes front of house sales operations, invoice generation, payroll, credit control and full financial management and reporting.
