Russam GMS appoints Head of Financial Services to meet growing market demand for Interim Managers

Russam GMS, a provider of Interim Managers has appointed independent business consultant, Dave Butler as Head of Financial Services to help grow and develop the business and to meet the increased demand for Interim Managers in this buoyant industry sector.

Dave Butler brings to the helm over 30 years experience as a leading business consultant, extensive business management expertise and a wealth of knowledge gained in the financial services and property industries. Dave has worked at the highest levels with numerous innovative and rapidly changing organisations including Prudential, Grainger plc, AMP, Co-operative Retail Services.

His remit will be to develop Russam GMSí financial services division, engaging with existing clients and Interim Managers and play a pivotal role in developing this business.

According to the latest snapshot industry survey of 8000 Interim Managers, published in August 2007, there was a 5.1% increase in demand for Interims since the previous six months and it also revealed that Interim Managers with financial experience were most in demand.
