RSA enhances its knowledge and expertise with three new appointments

Life Sciences Executive Talent specialist further enhances its global team

RSA, the leading global Life Sciences Executive Search and Interim Management specialist, is pleased to announce that it has increased its global capability with three new appointments.

After three and a half years as Managing Director of RSA Singapore in addition to her previous secondment heading our China operation, Susan Macdonald returns to our HQ as Director of Channels and Global Partners. Susan joined RSA in 2005 and with her global perspective she will now focus on RSA’s global partnering activities, with both client and recruitment partner companies.  Commenting on her new role, Susan says, “RSA are a truly international firm committed to serving our clients where ever they need our help around the world. We will be extending our global team of consultants by partnering effectively with like-minded firms in geographies where we see strategic benefit for our clients in the way we have to date with RSA –FarmaCity in Turkey. ”

Newly appointed Doris Chin takes over from Susan in Singapore with the new role of Director of RSA Asia. With over 24 years hands-on Asia Pacific experience, Doris has had extensive involvement in global cross-border search execution. She is adept at recruiting leadership talent and is active across the Asian marketplace. Her appointment reflects RSA’s long term commitment to its international footprint and in particular its understanding of the wider impact of Asia for the Life Sciences.

Chris Molloy, CEO of RSA says, “Business remains strong in Asia across the Life Sciences domain. Despite recent issues for pharma we are seeing more global companies in the wider MedTech and Healthcare areas looking at how they can attract and retain key personnel in the region.  We are confident that with Doris’ excellent market understanding coupled with RSA’s strong international networks, we have the ability to support and deliver these key appointments.”

Regulation is a major feature of every sector of the Life Sciences world. In order to enhance RSA’s established Regulatory Affairs capability Paul Foster returns to RSA having developed specific skills, network and expertise in regulatory affairs.

Commenting on the new appointments, Chris Molloy, CEO of RSA said, “It’s an exciting time for RSA as we continue to grow our global presence. As a company focussed on executive talent; we understand the importance of investing in the right people. I strongly believe that Susan, Doris and Paul have what it takes to not only grow our global operations, but to make them even stronger and better.

We are delighted to have Susan back in our Headquarters after her fantastic work growing our Asian business and we are confident Doris will continue this success. We are also committed to our expertise in key areas within life sciences and we are thrilled to have Paul re-join RSA to enhance our regulatory affairs capability.
