Ronald J Kroeger becomes First of Peers to Become CSP

In the Staffing industry there is a guiding body called ASA or American Staffing Association. This body of experts and professionals is the guiding force for the staffing industry and provides its members ways to improve the image and professionalism of the staffing industry. They provide tests and certifications to recognize achievement and accomplishment among peers with in staffing industry. One of these certifications is called the CSP or Certified Staffing Professional, which is equivalent to an accountant getting his CPA or a Lawyer passing the BAR or a stock broker passing his series-7 etc.



Mr. Ronald J Kroeger of Independence Missouri began work for Diversified Staffing Services 1 year ago in May of 2004. He began as a Recruiter and quickly became a key contributor by raising the number of hours by over 2000. Mr. Kroeger continued as a key person by managing and staffing and marketing the business. He has added over 250 new companies to the Companies profiles and 50 have placed orders from the company. Some large and some small, but all good companies offering good jobs to good people.

Mr. Kroeger received his Department of Transportation Drug testing certification, has become a Notary public and is a licensed recruiter.
On April 10th 2005 Mr. Kroeger became the first of his 40 peers to become a Certified Staffing Professional. CSP. Mr. James P Hawkins and Ms. Staci Thornton, DSS Ownership and management quickly congratulated Mr. Kroeger for his Achievement. Ms. Thornton stated thatí not any easy test, and I was proud when I got mine, because it is a significant achievement.

Mr. Hawkins was also very congratulatory and said, He is looking for great things out of Mr. Kroeger.

As a father of 7 children, husband, church leader, scoutmaster, Notary public, Chamber of Commerce Member and now Certified Staffing Professional, Mr. Ron Kroeger has his plate full with a bright future for growth and opportunity. The Staffing industry is a better place with people like Mr. Ron Kroeger striving for excellence. The American Staffing Association welcomes Mr. Ron Kroeger and awarded him a Certificate and the right to call himself a Certified Staffing Professional.
