Right Management announces Senior Appointments

Right Management, is pleased to announce that Peter Coles has been appointed as Director for the South. He will report directly to Stuart Walkley, Vice President of Right Management Europe. He joins from Rialto consultancy where he held the position of Associate Director

Peter takes on the key role of accelerating the already impressive growth of the South of England business, while supporting the companyís full service capabilities designed to help clients maximise the return on their human resources investments.

Peter has a strong HR and Management Consultancy background, working for seven years at DBM in the capacities of Business Development Director in the UK and Vice President global, responsible for developing international relations. Before joining DBM, he worked for eight years as a Management Consultant with KPMG. His early career was in HR at British Gas.

John Ferguson has been appointed Practice Leader, heading up the UK and Ireland team that provides world class leadership development, talent management and coaching services.

With more than 18 years of business leadership experience, Johnís consulting experience is extensive, having working in a number of sectors supporting senior executives in Financial Services, Public Sector, Telecoms and FMCG organisations.

Before joining Right Management, John was an Executive Board member of a global business consultancy, based in New York. In this role he led the design, development and launch of a successful new global leadership development business stream. Prior to this, John was Director of Learning and Development for RBS and NatWest, responsible for the strategic implementation of all people development initiatives.
