Under the partnership, ERP Solutions will co-market, sell and implement Resume Mirrorís Enterprise Applicant Manager (EAMô) for SAP e-Recruiting to their extensive base of SAP clients and to new customers worldwide. SAP e-Recruiting is a component of mySAP ERP HCM, combining the latest technology with best practice know-how, and optimizing recruiting processes to enable the development of a sophisticated talent relationship management system.
ERP Solutions developed the interface between Resume Mirrorís EAM and SAP e-Recruiting. The EAM add-on module delivers comprehensive applicant management capabilities and provides e-Recruiting clients with enhanced applicant processing and workflow capabilities to automatically process, manage and respond to on-line registration and applicant submissions through the SAP e-Recruiting career portal. The solution also includes Resume Mirrorís plug-in for Microsoft Outlook which allows resumes received via email to be parsed and automatically entered into the SAP e-Recruiting candidate database. This additional functionality significantly reduces recruiter workloads, simplifies on-line applicant submission processes, dramatically cuts outsourced resume and application processing costs and helps accelerate time to hire for SAP users.
