.

Resume Mirror, the provider of recruiting technology components and modules, today announced the release of Version 1.3 of its Enterprise Applicant Manager. EAM is a hosted service that provides advanced resume data extraction and processing functionality to companies utilizing existing ERP based recruiting modules and/or commercial ATS systems. The enhancements offered in Version 1.3 are the culmination of customer feedback and Resume Mirrorís commitment and investment in product development to continually offer the industryís most advanced resume processing solutions.

Utilizing Resume Mirrorís industry leading REX resume data extraction engine, EAM 1.3 offers a number of enhancements for the extraction of geographical location information, extended support for project-based resumes, ability to set confidence ratings to ensure more accurate data extraction of work history details, and improved data extraction for Indian, South African, and Irish based resumes. These enhancements give users expanded search options as well as better quality search results due to the higher level of confidence in the extracted resume data. The expanded geographical coverage provides better support for firms that receive resumes from international locations, for example outsourcing firms.

In addition to these improvements, EAM 1.3 includes a number of new features that streamline the workflow and make it even easier to get any resume into the recruiting system:

ï Expanded Microsoft Office Add-in module allows recruiters to submit resumes through EAM, with one click, directly from Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word

ï Improvements to the email auto-reply functionality to trigger email auto-replies to applicants from EAM in order to help keep candidates informed of the status of their application

ï Extraction of job requisition ID information from the email subject line, body, or attached cover letter to automatically attach resumes to open job requisitions.

EAM 1.3 continues to set the industry benchmark as the applicant processing solution of choice for companies using Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and other leading commercial talent management systems,î said Don Darrah, Vice President, Resume Mirror. The new features and continuous enhancements to EAM are concrete proof of Resume Mirrorís investment and commitment to ensuring our customers benefit from the industryís most advanced and proven applicant processing technology,î added Darrah.

EAM is a focused application developed specifically to work with existing ERP and ATS systems. EAM improves the online application experience for job seekers, improves response management with candidates, reduces recruiter workloads and dramatically cuts out-sourced hardcopy resume and application processing costs. EAM also includes an add-in for Microsoft Office which allows resumes received via email to be instantly parsed and the processed applicant data automatically entered into the customerís candidate management system from either MS Outlook or MS Word. EAM has undergone extensive industry testing, is widely deployed, and seamlessly integrates with the human resource management modules from PeopleSoft, Oracle and SAP.
