Resume Mirror announced the release of Enterprise Applicant Manager 2.0

.

Resume Mirror, a division of Talent Technology Corporation, and providers of industry recruiting technology components, today announced the release of Enterprise Applicant Manager(TM) 2.0 (EAM(TM)). In addition to a number of new enhancements, EAM 2.0 contains new recruiter productivity tools that allow virtually instant capture, processing and delivery of resume data viewed within Microsoft Internet Explorer directly into the leading ERP HCM applications from Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP.

EAM is a hosted service providing advanced resume data extraction and processing functionality for companies utilizing existing ERP based recruiting modules and commercial ATS systems. Existing EAM users such as Altera Corporation, McKesson Corporation, St. Vincentís Health and CB Richard Ellis, among many others, drove the next generation of recruiter productivity tools offered in EAM 2.0.

The primary value delivered by EAM to recruiters is its ability to reduce or eliminate any manual data entry or manual processing of resumes. The benefits associated with these time-savings ensure recruiters can quickly process candidate information as itís received and can focus their efforts on securing new talent for their organizations. EAM 2.0 furthers this commitment to improving productivity at the front end of the recruitment process by providing organizations and their recruiters the ability to:

ï Easily capture resumes found on the web using Internet Explorer and have this resume data parsed and entered into any recruiting system

ï Quickly and easily scan, OCR and parse applicant data from paper resumes directly from the recruiterís desktop and submit them for final processing and electronic submission to a candidate database

ï Seamlessly integrate all applicant source data into Oracle iRecruitment

EAM 2.0 continues as the industry benchmark resume processing solution for companies using Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and other leading commercial applicant tracking systems,î said Don Darrah, Vice President, Resume Mirror. Our recent acquisition of Magnaware has provided us with several new capabilities that we have integrated into EAM 2.0 and are using to set new industry standards in resume processing. All the new capabilities of EAM 2.0 are focused on making the life of the recruiter free of manual and time consuming tasks and we have been told by dozens of customers that EAM 2.0 accomplishes this goal,î added Darrah.

EAM is a focused application developed specifically to work with existing ERP and ATS systems. EAM improves the online application experience for job seekers, improves response management with candidates, reduces recruiter workloads and dramatically cuts out-sourced hardcopy resume and application processing costs. EAM also includes a resume processing plug-in for Microsoft Office which allows resumes received via email to be instantly parsed and the resultant data automatically entered into the customerís candidate management system from either MS Outlook or MS Word. EAM has undergone extensive industry testing, is widely deployed, and is validated with both PeopleSoft and Oracle. EAM also seamlessly integrates with the human resource management modules from SAP.
