Resume Mirror, a division of Talent Technology Corporation and developers of leading-edge recruiting technology components, today announced it has validated the integration of EAM with Oracle iRecruitment, part of the Oracle E-Business Suite. With this integration, Resume Mirror now offers Oracle iRecruitment users a seamless method of extracting resume data received from any source and inputting it into the Oracle candidate management system for further processing and on-going management. The EAM solution from Resume Mirror delivers comprehensive applicant management capabilities and provides Oracle iRecruitment clients with the tools to automatically process, manage and respond to any on-line, email and hard copy applicant submission. In addition to handling electronic submissions in 80 formats as well as any hard copy resume or application submission, the EAM plug-in for Microsoft Outlook allows resumes received through email to be parsed and automatically entered into the Oracle iRecruitment candidate database with a single mouse click. EAM significantly reduces recruiter workloads, simplifies on-line applicant submission processes, dramatically cuts outsourced resume and application processing costs and accelerates time to hire.
