To support its continued growth and meet additional client demand as the construction and engineering sectors face an increasing challenge in finding quality people, Resourcing Solutions Limited has appointed Tony Shepherd to the role of Head of Sales.
Tony will lead the companyís 35 strong sales operation providing permanent and contract recruitment services to clients across the engineering, construction and rail sectors. Reporting to the companyís Managing Director, Richard Lawrance, Tonyís remit will be to further develop the specialist sales teams, including a new Search and Selection division, and drive business growth through expanding the recruitment solutions the company provides and broadening its customer base.
For over 25 years Tony has built a successful sales management career in corporate solutions and services selling in UK and international markets with sector leaders including Xerox, Yellow Pages, BP and Equifax. For the last decade he has worked specifically in the human capital environment in recruitment, skills building, training and HR related technology solutions with senior roles in companies including Personic Software, Intellicruit and Imparta.
He joins Resourcing Solutions following a two year spell specialising in salesforce re-engineering projects in association with Hicks Kimber Mears, a leading global Talent Acquisition and Development business.
