Remedy HCMS Ltd today announced the launch of new search enhancements for Chameleon-i online recruitment software. Synonymous with ease-of-use and flexibility Chameleon-i now benefits from an even more streamlined approach to search and the selection of candidates for short listing providing a more productive experience for users.

New features include:

- Concurrent searching using Tag search; free text (Boolean) search, and filters including location, salary, availability and education that combined provide contextually relevant results.

- Newly engineered results grids that boast quick tab browsing allowing users to view candidate record details directly from the search results list without accessing the record itself, reducing the overall number of clicks-to-information.

- Saved search folders that expand on the principle of the basket technology already found in Chameleon-i. Candidate searches can be stored in the search folders that also have an appended shortlist and ignored folder for each individual saved search.

These latest enhancements form part of the SaaS (Software as a Service) frequent upgrade cycle delivered by Chameleon-i online recruitment software.
