Reed Screening has developed and implemented an advanced workflow system to enable faster and more efficient staff vetting and pre-employment screening. The Xchecker workflow system ensures the highest quality of checks and is proven to reduce turnaround times by over 40 percent.

Xchecker manages each stage of the screening process, from receipt of candidate details and the generation of letters, emails and faxes through to comprehensive client reporting. At each stage clients can review the current status of their candidatesí checks via an easy-to-use web-based interface.

The system provides back-end support for many of Reed Screeningís service provisions, including the rapid screening of temporary workers, where a report confirming whether there are any known reasons why an individual may not take up work can be delivered to the recruiter or employer within 24 hours
