Given the current downturn in the Global Economy and effects of this on the Recruitment Industry, Job Board Design Company Recruta Ltd have recently launched Job Search Engine Recruta.net.

Gareth Tannatt Nash, Director at Recruta, said We initially built Recruta.net as an additional resource to both the Regional Job Boards we are launching throughout 2009 and our existing Recruitment website clients, however given the global downturn we recognised the need for all Recruitment Agencies to maximise vacancy and brand awareness whilst reducing advertising spend and therefore we decided to allow free access to Recruta.net for all Recruitment Agencies and Job Boards alike.

Weíve worked hard to ensure good search engine results and although only officially launched on 24th December we have already achieved many number one listings on Yahoo.co.uk and we are certain that both Google and MSN/Live will follow, however our SEO team are continuously monitoring both our Search Engine Ranking, the most listed jobs by sector and location and making any necessary SEO changes to ensure maximum results.

In addition to this, having recognised the trend in Social Networking, we have integrated the service with Facebook as a Facebook Application which can be found at http://apps.facebook.com/recrutajobs

The benefits of a service like Recruta to Recruitment Agencies are numerous, firstly Job Search Engines can normally achieve better Search Engine Results and therefore more traffic to individual vacancies than the original advert on the Agency website, Secondly by integrating the Service with Facebook Recruta have unleashed the power of Social Networking as a Recruitment Source, thirdly Time Saving as Recruta works by Spidering XML Documents on Agency websites there is no need to enter the vacancy manually on Recruta.net. In addition to all of these and many more benefits, the main benefit has to be that the service is free of charge.

Recruta.net also currently provide a Jobs by RSS feature and are planning to launch both Jobs by Email and JobSeeker registration during Q1 of 2009 meaning that searchable candidate database will be available for those wishing to use it.

Agencies wishing to take advantage of this free service should complete the enquiry form at http://recruta.net/termsetc/includejobs.asp or contact Gareth Tannatt Nash Gareth.TannattNash@recruta.co.uk directly.
