Recruitmax expands European presence

Workforce Management Solutions Leader Names Mark Silverman CFO and Moves into New Global Headquarters

Recruitmax, a global company in technology and services for building great workforces, today announced a successful first year in Europe. The Company has achieved growth for its Corporate, Staffing and e-Recruitment solutions and services from several major European clients, with 16 new UK contracts alone, over the first half of 2005.

Since opening its first London office just over a year ago, Recruitmax has tripled its UK workforce, and has outgrown its premises in North London. It has, therefore, set up a new European headquarters in Chiswick, providing adequate space to facilitate continued rapid growth for the next several years.

We are quickly building strong brand recognition in local markets throughout the region and, as a result, increasing demand for our software and services, said Darren Jaffrey, general manager, EMEA for Recruitmax. We continue to strengthen our product portfolio, taking advantage of technological advancements, which will meet the challenges faced by the recruitment industry in Europe today and for the future.

Recruitmax confirmed that Mark Silverman has joined the company as chief financial officer. A seasoned financial executive, with over 25 years experience, Mr. Silverman brings valuable expertise to Recruitmax in all areas of finance. Over the past two decades, he has held senior-level positions at a number of high-growth private and publicly traded technology companies on both the NYSE and NASDAQ. For five years, Mr. Silverman was CFO for Miami-based SunGard Insurance Systems, a division of SunGard Data Systems, a publicly traded, S&P 500 Company with $3.5 billion in revenues. Prior to SunGard, Mr. Silverman spent seven years as CFO at publicly traded international software firm, FDP Corporation, where he oversaw 20 consecutive quarters of revenue growth and an increase in stock value of more than 600 per cent.

We are delighted to welcome a leader of Markís high calibre to Recruitmax, said Jim Philip, president of Recruitmax. He has a proven record of helping companies exceed their goals and we look forward to his contribution as we continue to execute on our strategic financial and operational goals.

The Company has also completed its transition into its new global headquarters. Recruitmaxís new 40,000-square-foot global headquarters is roughly four times the size of the previous office. It extends over two floors of the Deerwood Office Park, just south of Jacksonville, Florida. Since 2003, Recruitmax has more than tripled the size of its US workforce from about 100 to more than 300 people.
