Recruiters celebrate 20 years of knowledge

This month, the Hays Construction & Property celebrates two 20th anniversaries. Hays Business Director, Ian Walton, and Regional Business Director, Helen Futcher, have completed 20 successful yearsí service at Hays. Both Ian and Helen started their careers as specialist consultants in the Southampton office. Their length of service goes a long way in demonstrating their commitment to Hays and the recruitment industry.

Ian Walton, Business Director of Hays, comments: ìWitnessing the growth of the Southampton office has been incredibly rewarding. Today it is one of the flagship offices for Hays and competes with our central London offices. We have put a lot of work into developing the team and building strong relationships with local employers.î

Helen Futcher, Regional Business Director of Hays, comments: ìIt is great to celebrate such a milestone; I have had a happy and successful 20 years with Hays, thanks to the help and support I have received over the years. There is a strong team culture evident throughout the business, this coupled with the variety within my role, has definitely been one of the reasons behind my long length of service to date.î
