Speaker Bio:
William is a
dry-humored director with over 15 years in talent acquisition in the
Silicon Valley. Quoted places like HR Magazine, Workforce, CNN Money and
Talent Management, William’s focus is on what moving an organization
forward through improved client engagement, resource flexibility and
candidate experience. An instructor for the Human Resource Management
Certificate Program at the University of California Extension in Silicon
Valley, William teaches working professionals how to think differently
when recruiting talent in today’s economy. Uranga co-founded and leads a
local group of his peers in the Recruiting Leadership Forum.
Mr. Lermusi
founded Checkster after seven years at Taleo (TLEO) as President of
Taleo Research. Prior to Taleo, Mr. Lermusi founded iLogos (acquired by
Taleo) and held several positions in research and consulting
organizations in Europe. Mr. Lermusi was named one of the “100 Most
