PSL, the assessment specialist, has appointed Michael Gegg to the newly-created role of Marketing Manager.

PSL, the assessment specialist, has appointed Michael Gegg to the newly-created role of Marketing Manager.

Michael brings nearly ten years of experience and marketing
expertise from within the UK assessment and recruitment industry. In his new role, he will develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote PSLís catalogue of assessments - and its focus on the online delivery of psychometric testing - as well as its consultancy services, training and bespoke product development.

Richard Alberg, Chief Executive of PSL, said: Our growth and development over the past year made it clear we needed to create a dedicated marketing role within the team. Michaelís industry knowledge and experience will be a great asset to us and of significant value to our customers. He will play a key role in our future growth.

Before joining PSL, Michael spent five years as Marketing Manager at ASE, the psychometric test publisher and human capital consultancy, having started his career at recruitment company MDA Resources Group.

expanding client base and a reputation for top quality assessment expertise and superior customer service. I look forward to helping the company to penetrate new markets and to increase its brand awareness.

Michael holds a degree in Business Studies, specialising in
marketing, from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College.
