Psichometrics International Signs Agreement with HRsmart

Psichometrics International has completed an HR-XML integration with HRSmart that will allow seamless delivery of award winning behavioral assessments to ATS clients. Psichometrics will also offer integrated ATS solution to existing client base under terms of the deal.

Psichometrics International and HRsmart have completed an HR-XML integration enabling both companies to deliver personality, cognitive and honesty testing to clients who utilize the HRsmart proprietary enterprise and on-demand ATS solutions. This new partnership recognizes customer demand for quality assessment tools and increased hiring efficiency that will facilitate placement of the right person in the right job as well as identifying training needs and leadership competencies. Under terms of the deal, PI will also begin to offer its clients a custom version of the integrated ATS solution.
