Graduate recruitment specialists Milkround have announced the promotions of two longstanding members of staff. Charlotte Burke has been promoted to Sales Manager and Dan White is now a Senior Account Manager.
Charlotte Burke joined Milkround as Sales Support in 2005 and has since made a great career path through the company as an Account Manager and then as a Senior Account Manager for the last five years. Charlotte’s hard work has once again paid off as she now takes up the role of Sales Manager.
Charlotte said:
“I’m really looking forward to helping grow the Milkround brand even further in the Graduate market and maintaining our position as the UK’s leading graduate website. I’ll be ensuring we provide the framework necessary for us to deliver the best service to our ever expanding client base whilst offering excellent value for money and return on investment. Whilst we’re in challenging times I believe we have the right team in place to deliver the best service and the best website that gives our clients the results they need to achieve their objectives.”
Dan White joined Milkround in 2007 as Sales Support before being promoted to Account Manager under a year later. He successfully ran Graduate Career for two years and managed to turn the product into a profitable enterprise. Dan’s hard work has been recognised and in turn he has been rewarded with a promotion to Senior Account Manager.
Dan White said:
“I’m very much looking forward to supporting my team in continuing to offer the highest levels of customer service, ensuring our clients get the best results. I’m also excited about introducing the
UK’s number one graduate media to employers new to the graduate and intern market, sharing my knowledge and experience with growing businesses to demonstrate how graduate talent is vital to future success.”
Milkround’s General Manager Jenni Joplin said:
“I am really excited at the prospect of working closely with Charlotte as she officially joins the senior management team. I’d also like to congratulate Dan on the tremendous job he’s done since joining Milkround. I know they will both thrive in their new positions!”
