TEDS, Inc., originator of the only fully integrated enterprise-wide talent management solution, announced today that Joseph F. Ellis, Jr., President and CEO of TEDS, was asked to represent the state of Virginia at an economic development summit held in November. The five-state summit theme focused on innovation and entrepreneurship.
The joint initiative for economic development includes the states of Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Kentucky, and is represented by an alliance of individuals who have agreed to work collaboratively to build a strong economy that will sustain the region known as the MountainSouth.
AdvantageWest Economic Development Group hosted the conference with partners at the Appalachian Regional Commission, The Tennessee Valley Corridor, Piedmont Natural Gas and Tech 20/20.
