Paula Jordan ñ Associate Director of Human Resources, will provide an insight into Portman Building Societyís online strategy and how it has changed the way they recruit.
Paula joined the Portman in June 2005 to head up the HR Business Partner, Recruitment and Administration teams. Prior to joining Paula was HR Director of the Corporate Markets division of Cable & Wireless and held a number of senior HR roles in blue-chip international financial institutions including Barclays and Banque Paribas. In addition to her short foray into telecoms, her career has spanned most areas of financial services and a stint heading up the in-house executive recruitment team at Barclays.
