Performance Assessment Network (pan) Awarded Contract for U.S. Department of Defense Education

ARMEL, Ind. - Today Performance Assessment Network, Inc. (ìpanôî), world leader in online assessment and talent management, announced that it has been awarded a contract from the United States Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) to provide its poet (pan online educational testing) Web-based technology and expert consulting services in the development and administration of Web-based versions of the DoDEA eighth grade algebra tests.



The program will involve the development, administration, scoring, reporting, and data management of classroom-based student achievement testing. The testing will be completed on Web-connected PCs. Students based at military schools globally will be able to take the tests and have them processed and scored rapidly. Further, the poet system allows simple transportability of student test information when the student moves to a new school, and rapid reporting of aggregate data to the DoDEA.
