Penta wins international award for excellence

Penta Consulting celebrate winning the ëBest International Recruitment Firmí

Specialist IT and Telecommunications recruitment company Penta Consulting, are celebrating winning the ëBest International Recruitment Firmí award at the recruitment industryís most prestigious 2005 Awards for Excellence. Penta, which won this top accolade against stiff competition from some of the largest international recruitment players in the marketplace, collected the award at the gala dinner on 13th April 2005 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Commenting the judges said, ìPentaís commitment to becoming a global partner to its clients has paid off, with last year seeing the firm more than double its international turnover, up its international profits five times over and report a 200% growth in international contractors. Penta has also invested in opening new offices and has partnered with local companies to provide in-country face-to-face support services.î

The panel were also impressed by Pentaís skills migration base that matches client needs quickly and efficiently and also applauded the excellent training programmes in different niche areas. The judges added, ìPenta has established a loyalty programme for its contractors, whilst an in-house travel and visa team enables contractors a hassle-free take-up of overseas work. Penta understands its clientsí needs and has built its international business to satisfy them.î
