Specialist ICT staffing company Penta Consulting has appointed Roland Sheehan as its new Sales Director. Reporting directly into Managing Director Paul Clark, Rolandís remit is to develop Pentaís global business and deliver profit performance along with innovative solutions. Rolandís appointment comes at the end of another record breaking year for Penta which has seen turnover rise by just under 50% but more importantly profits have increased significantly above this level. The company has also been awarded a Queenís Award for Enterprise and is the only specialist ICT staffing company ever to have gained a royal accolade for their achievements.
With more than 10 yearsí recruitment experience, the last four with Penta and an MBA, Roland, is one of very few recruitment specialists with a successful track record in both IT and Telecommunications here in the UK and overseas. A former nurse, Roland has an empathetic and caring approach believing in two principles - listening effectively to customers and training and developing employees.
