Penna Plc, the human capital management consultancy, announces two new appointments to its Executive Interim team. The appointments of Debbie McCall and Debbie Pask follow those of Simon Drake, Tim Paylor and Charles Wilson in response to increased demand for interim management across the public and private sectors.
Debbie McCall will head up the Retail, Consumer and Manufacturing Sector Practice within Pennaís Executive Interim division. Her broad career experience has taken her from the trading floor to running a successful interior design business for 3 years. She joins Penna from OdgersInterim, having joined Odgers Ray and Berndtson in 2003 as an Associate Consultant in the Industrial Markets Practice. Her most recent position was as a Consultant within Odgersí Private Sector Interim Management Practice with clients including Marks and Spencer, Trinity Mirror, RHM, Initial Hygiene and the Post Office.
Debbie Pask comes from Penna Resourcing, where she managed search and selection for the HR sector. In her new role she heads the Healthcare sector of Penna Executive Interim. Prior to this, Debbie joined Penna from Astralis, a boutique HR recruitment consultancy where she had worked for four and half years. She enjoyed exceptional success working extensively with many leading organisations, including Cable and Wireless, O2, Siemens and Novell.
