PayGlobal enhances people management software

PayGlobal is launching details of new time-saving technology functions at the HR Software Show

PayGlobal, integrated solution for people management processes, is launching details of new time-saving technology functions at the HR Software Show (Stand A96, 22-23 June, Olympia, London). The advancements specifically influence auto-rostering, payment processing and remuneration packaging and are unique because of the way PayGlobalís single-database software manages the Human Resources, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Rostering, Employee Self Service and WebRecruit functions. PayGlobalís six modules can work standalone or together.



PayGlobal Rostering will automatically allocate available staff according to pre-defined requirements, whether simple or complex. Users just define key criteria and the system will optimally match available employee resources. Combine this function with the PayGlobal Human Resources, Payroll and Time & Attendance to streamline people management processes.

For instance, by joining PayGlobalís Rostering module to Human Resources it is possible to clearly identify needs as well as appreciate the employees with the best skills and competencies to match. The system also goes on to identify skill gaps in the business and will build a training and development schedule based on organisational requirements.

Equally, by combining Rostering with Payroll, it is simple to produce true total employee costs for the roster, enabling forecasts to be created for exacting budget information. Also, the combination of PayGlobalís Time and Attendance and Rostering will capture actuals worked for comparison against the forecasts.
