Graduate recruitment and sales training company Pareto Law has extended its franchise network with the launch of an office in Redhill, Surrey and the appointment of Miles Hall, 27, as franchisee.

The new operation follows on from the success of the companyís first franchise in Leeds, which began trading in late 2004 under Paul Belliss. Miles will cover the South East area and will be starting his business by hiring two Pareto graduates to form his initial sales team.

Pareto Law assesses, places and trains graduates for careers in sales and marketing and was recently voted winner of the Sunday Times Best Small Business to Work For 2005.

Joint managing director, Jonathan Fitchew, commented: ìThe launch of the Redhill franchise coincides with a record number of graduates being placed over the past twelve months. Organisations appreciate the Pareto Law method, because we save them time and effort in finding the graduates that are most likely to succeed in a demanding sales role.

The Pareto Law Proposition
Pareto Law was founded by Jonathan Fitchew and Andrew Sawer on a belief that to achieve excellence you need the best people. With this goal in mind Pareto Law has developed a uniquely rigorous selection method. From thousands of CVs each application is contacted for a first informal telephone interview.

Graduates who pass this stage are invited to attend one of Pareto Lawís assessment centres, where they are interviewed and monitored by a team of experts, backed by state-of-the-art psychometric testing. Successful candidates, following assessment, are then put forward to suitable prospective employers.

Once placed, the graduate returns to Pareto for an initial five days of intensive sales training, designed to provide them with the skills and knowledge to help ensure success in their new career. In the first twelve months the graduate returns to Pareto Training for a further six days of training.

Pareto Law places some 700 graduates a year. In addition to recruiting and placing new graduate sales personnel, Pareto Law also provides sales training programmes for existing sales staff at the companyís Wilmslow and London training centres
