Paradigm Learning, a leader in developing business games, simulations and Discovery Maps announces that it recently opened the Paradigm Learning European offices in Barna, County Galway, Ireland.

This is just another way Paradigm has expanded into the European market,â says Robb Gomez, president of Paradigm Learning. ÑWe already have a presence in that region with our international client base, but this office will make it much easier for more international organizations to have access to our discovery learning programs.

The offices will be led by Rory Coll, managing director of Paradigm Learning, who is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in Ireland. Coll has more than 20 years of broad-based international experience in auditing, consulting, manufacturing and finance. Coll is an ACA/CPA and began his career with KPMG in Ireland, and after qualification as a Chartered Accountant he moved to KPMGÇs U.S. offices.

After that, Coll undertook both audit and corporate finance assignments in Budapest, Hungary, with KPMG. Coll next worked as European director of finance for the joint venture of a U.S. and French multinational organizations (Transitions Optical, LTD.) He then transferred to the U.S. office to become the CFO of Transitions Optical.

Coll will now be responsible for the delivery, sales and support of Paradigm Learning discovery learning programs throughout Europe. In addition to the European expansion, Paradigm Learning also has U.S.-based facilitators who travel to service all our international clients. Many of Paradigm LearningÇs classroom-based discovery learning programs have also been translated into other languages, including German, Czech, Italian and Chinese.

Paradigm Learning combines the power of business board games and business simulations to create classroom-based learning experiences that are fun, challenging and content-rich. Our corporate training programs for managers and employees target strategic issues such as business acumen, talent leadership, leadership accountability, organizational change, sales effectiveness and project management.
