Orion Engineering Services Limited announces the acquisition of Cogan Resources Limited, specialists in the provision of contract personnel for the worldwide oil and gas industry

Managing Director of Cogan Resources Limited, Michael Thackery, will be retained as a consultant to ensure smooth transition of personnel and to maintain links with clients that have been developed over the last 30 years.
