Due to its recent growth, Cheltenham-based Oriel Support has appointed Nina Costigan to the newly created role of assistant client relationship manager.
Oriel Support specialises in offering complete finance and administration solutions to the recruitment industry. Reporting to client relationship manager Richard Foster, Nina will be the main point of contact for clients and will manage their accounts on a day-to-day basis, handling problems and ensuring their needs are met.
Nina graduated this year from Reading University with a first class degree, but worked for Oriel in the summer holidays. During this time she operated across a variety of departments, including Accounts, Composites and Support. ìMy summer work at Oriel was invaluable as it gave me a real understanding of how the different aspects of the company combine to provide one complete service,î she said.
ìIím really looking forward to this new role and to putting into practice everything Iíve learnt,î Nina added. ìIíd like to develop the role to ensure not only that our clients receive the top quality customer care for which Oriel is renowned, but that we are offering an even more tailored approach and anticipating any queries that clients may have.î
