Optimism in financial recruiting

NJF Search International, the specialist financial recruitment consultancy, has just hired the entire consulting team of London based, Black Sheep Selection.

The move is part of a strategic growth plan to diversify business streams across multiple practice areas within the Financial arena. The creation of NJF Black Sheep will enable the extension of the NJF service portfolio. It will now include the equity research, corporate finance and specialist sales areas of boutique/medium sized natural resources focused banks and brokers.

Despite the recent deterioration in the financial markets, NJF, winners of the prestigious Here Is The City Best Search Firm 2008, have had their strongest ever start to a year.
