Global training solutions provider, Optimas, has recently launched in the UK, offering businesses a one-stop-shop for all of their business training needs.
Created by Matthew Smith, managing director of successful recruitment consultancy, Dilectus, and Garry Brown, an experienced trainer, Optimas offers businesses a range of professional courses on any subject required, provided either at the Optimas training centre in Manvers or from the clientsí own location.

We are happy to provide a needs analysis service to identify the most appropriate training necessary and are able to design bespoke courses if the clientsí needs arenít met by our generic portfolio.î
As well as the courses themselves, the company also offers services encompassing the entire training process including delegate assessment, psychometric testing, post training evaluation as well as ongoing personal development.
Optimas has teamed up with local funding bodies to provide a 40 per cent subsidy to those companies that qualify.
